7.1. The Company makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our reports. However, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy at all times.

7.2. Even with our innovative technology, factors such as cloud cover, satellite malfunction, and environmental conditions may sometimes affect the quality and reliability of our dashboard and reports.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaEO and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses caused by the Service.
